All names, logins, passwords, material content, graphics, videos etc. will be supplied by the client

Retainer Package:  Is built on need..starting at $40/hr

Clients must sign and return a work agreement before work begins.

Clients will be required to submit a 30% deposit based on a project estimate before work will begin.

Contracts may be terminated with a 10 day written notice requesting cancellation, with no refunds.

Rates do not include any project expenses (i.e. graphic designs, website names)

Invoices will be sent via email.

Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client.
Upon request, we will be happy to sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement

Clients need additional support, changes, additions will be charged an hourly rate. Retainer packages are available from 10 - 40 hrs.
We gladly accept Check, Money Order or Credit Card payment through Pay Pal. There is a $35 return check fee. Work will not begin for clients paying by manual check until funds have cleared.
